Coconut Milk and Coconut Cream - Organic Certified

Coconut Milk  is a sweet, milky white cooking base derived from the meat of a mature coconut.  The
color and  rich  taste of the  milk can be  attributed to the  high oil content and sugars. It is extracted
from the grated flesh of the mature coconut .

Coconut Cream  is  similar  to  coconut milk  but contains less water. The difference is mainly on the
consistency. It has a thicker, more paste-like consistency, while coconut milk is generally a liquid.

Coconut Milk  and  Coconut Cream  is  the  extract  from  the  coconut  meat,  combined  with natural
stabilizers and processed to preserve the freshness and natural flavor  of newly squeezed  coconut
milk.  Our latest process technology provides superb flavor.  This product is best used in beverages
and  other  liquid  applications as it  allows  an  even  more convenient processing by eliminating the
need to  hydrate or dissolve a  powdered product before use. Cooking with coconut milk or cream is
also made quick and easy by simply opening the can and pouring the product into the preparation.

It is a Non-GMO ingredient and is also available in stabilizer-free, dairy-free, and sweetened variants
to satisfy the increasing  preferences of the manufacturers and consumers.
